In less than a year, I transformed the idea into a successful business with clients and revenue.I raised funding by building a roster of investors and pitched the platform to them. I then recruited, hired, and trained a competent team to execute the company’s vision.Running all aspects of the business, I conducted market research, product design, marketing, client support, operations, and technology. My hands-on approach ensured that every aspect of the company was aligned with our vision and goals.I expanded the company's offerings by acquiring a broker/dealer, which helped us provide additional services to our clients. At SaveDay, we provide an easy and affordable way for individuals and businesses to establish retirement plans. We offer several flexible options for workplace retirement plans that are specifically targeted to the vast amount of underserved US workers who don’t have access to high quality and reasonably priced retirement plans.
