From my earliest professional experiences, I’ve been drawn to roles where I can leave a lasting positive mark — whether it’s through empowering a team, solving a tough problem, or creating something that lasts long after I’m gone.In my last role as a Consultant and Scrum Master, I discovered how much I love being the person who helps things run smoothly. I enjoyed guiding teams, improving processes, and helping people feel confident in what they do. I thrive when I’m in the middle of it all — collaborating, learning, and building something meaningful.This passion for making a difference started years ago at Swissport, where I took on responsibilities no one else wanted. I trained new employees, built training programs from scratch, and kept the operation running smoothly. It was hard work, but it was worth it. That’s when I realized how much I enjoy stepping up, taking the lead, and seeing the positive results of my efforts.My coworkers often say I’m the one who isn’t afraid to take on the tough stuff, and they’re right. Whether it’s learning a new skill, embracing new challenges, or simply helping the team get through a busy day, I’m always ready to do what it takes.Outside of work, I recharge my creative energy through photography.
