As Dubai World ITC center is a shared IT department for many organization units ( Dubai Customs, Dubai Port, Free Zone, Esthimar, Nakheel,…), we were handling hundreds on SQL Servers Databases,Oracle Databases,Oracle Applucation Servers,Oracle E-Business Suites. Developed change, configuration and problem management databases based on ITIL standards Design, document and implement SQL and Oracle Application Server and Databases RMAN Backup, Restore & Clone Strategy. Handled migration of more than 50 Production SQL Servers and SQL 2008 Servers Provided round the clock support for 200+ Databases, 50+ Application Servers, and 20 Oracle E-Business Suite environments including DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD and applied required paches. Ensured the validity & efficiency of the implemented architecture by conducting DR, Performance and HA testing for critical services. Administered Oracle e-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 ( Financial, CRM, HRMS,AP,GL,…)on HP-UX (RAC & multi-mid-tier environment) and Securing Application Server components (OC4J, Apache, SSO, OID, BPEL) versions 9.0.4.x – 10.1.3.x Plan and implement high availability solution by migrated Oracle e-Business Suite 11.5.10.2 Application Tier from single node to shared appl top and Database base 10gR2 from single node to RAC. Handled configuration of OID integration with Active Directory and Windows Native Authentication Secured Database/Application Server/ E-Business Suite ERP using Oracle standards and best practices.
