Objective was to handle flash development tasks within the company, for all branches including UK branch. Some tasks are days long, while some are complex spanning through several years. Responsibilities include:- Development of a complex on-demand publishing front-end web application, to let a user easily design his printable book, from cover to cover. The user has options to insert text, high-resolution images, and create regular and irregular shapes. Challenges to this project were mainly focused on memory management (due to high resolution images) and compliance with backend standard requirements for PDF conversion.- Work alongside a backend .NET team to analyze what-if scenarios, design front-end/back-end data flow, to achieve project objectives efficiently.- Develop a reliable self-maintaining backend PDF Conversion server, that reads complete XML-based books from a queue, and generates high-resolution PDF files to send for printing.- Develop generic multi-sized flash-based video players at www.gam.co to play game trailers.- Manage incoming flash tasks with the team's resources
