Managed a portfolio of more than 20 large and medium and more than 250 small projects with annual CAPEX of $2,5bn in petrochemicals, infrastructure and real estate across several regions of Russia from Feasibility Study to Handover. Led transformation of CAPEX management system that resulted in 20% productivity increase and implementation of several procedures that helped to speed up project lifecycle (e.g. redesign of investment process on Select and Define stages, streamlining of investment procedure for small projects that resulted in 50% increase in speed of invesment process) as well as optimise cost and schedule (e.g. implemented Value Engineering procedure and made it mandatory before the investment committees. The procedure helped to decrease 5-10% of CAPEX and up to 10% of schedule)

The role included leading project teams of several turnaround engagements in energy and construction in Russia and Middle East with estimated effect of several usd bn - e.g. full scale project management support with 30 consultants on 6 workstreams for a multibillion construction megaproject in energy resulting in more than $2.5b optimisation effect on overnight cost and ~6 months on schedule. Additionally while in the role created and replicated on three major projects around the globe a proprietary cloud-based tool (control tower) for digital project management for capital projects
