- Responsible for helping organizations to adopt Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Security Solutions.- Lead FastTrack program to help customers successfully deploy and drive user adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions- Present Microsoft's Modern Work solutions value propositions - Lead POC and pilot engagements to prove the solution meet the ROI.- Secure new customers wins for Ms Cloud.- Acting as Microsoft Partner Cloud Specialist (PCS) to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities of Microsoft M365 Security and Compliance solutions. - Lead Microsoft Cloud Solutions Projects, campaigns and End Customer Incentive Funds (ECIF).- Engage with the designated stakeholders to publish our customers success stories.- Handle Marketing Qualified leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified leads (SQL) conversion cycle through envisioning sessions, demos, build intent workshops and etc.- Manage Advanced specializations.- Engage with the generated sales qualified leads to maintain the lead's interest.- Create and publish our Co-sell & IP co-sell soultions in Microsoft Marketplace - Create Modern Work & Security solutions bourchors with our marketing team. - Represent GBG in Cairo ICT 2021-2022 at Microsoft booth to showcase Microsoft and Global Brands Modern work & Security & Compliance solutions

- Work with Raya enterprise customers across multiple industries (Banking sector, oil and gas, Government, Construction & Charity foundations, and etc..)- Provide Technical Consultancy, Design, Implementation, Migration, and Support on Microsoft solutions.- Deliver and Implement POC and Pilot. - Create Technical Proposal, offers, Projects Plans, Documentations, etc..
