CurrentMonitors and analyses all delayed flights and provides recommendations to facilitate the process of connecting passengers and ensures action plans are executed to the airport.Communicates with the Reservation team to ensure that all misconnected passengers are rebooked appropriately based on the decisions taken.Coordinates with the airport team (Hub and outstations) to determine the most appropriate action and provides final recommendation superior for action.Provides all communication with handling agents, other airlines (OAL)for any passengers and baggage not through checked-in from the origin station.Follows up on any action plan decided with relevant stakeholders for any passengers and baggage not through checked-in from the origin station. Liaises with NCC and airport team for any aircraft changes to ensure all passengers and baggage are efficiently handled.Monitors CCTV for the critical flights and escalates any potential delay to the relevant stakeholders (GHA, FZ ramp team, Fuellers, etc).
