Approve and submit requests for payment to the Owner and expedite payments and verify and process all guarantees and operating instructions required by specifications.Arrange for a final inspection and establish a date of acceptance for each project and prepare final certificates for the approval of the Client after execution of a punch list (as required).Manage Approval of samples and material substitutions in the field.Maintain that the review and approval within a reasonable time to avoid delays and that records are maintained accurately and up-to-date.Schedule and arrange for regular periodic visits to see that they provide adequate and competent field supervision.Select and issue instructions to each Resident Engineer where they are utilized.Participate in the evaluation of personnel assigned to projects.Assess Special Technical expertise or training to meet the needs of the project.Responsible for project completion within budget and on schedule.Responsible for initiating Client Billings and following up Accounts Receivable.
