Reporting to Senior Manager.Key accomplishments: Performed audits covering operations such as warehouse, sales, accounts receivable, Payables, Trial Balance Review, procurement, reconciliation, retail, insurance, HR function, Payroll, Shipping and freight forwarding/clearance and industrial overseas assignment. Prepare opening meeting, audit framework on system, list of requirements and audit controls to be tested.  Assist in planning work on assigned segments of the audit, departments as well as agencies abroad operating in numerous countries around the globe. Prepare (or assist in preparing) audit program for assigned areas to ensure adequate audit coverage of identified audit risk, and revise audit programs to be responsive to management / assignment needs. Perform the assigned audit work in a professional manner, and in accordance with procedures suggested by in-charge auditor. Review auditee transactions, documents, records, reports and methods for accuracy and effectiveness. Undertake preliminary discussion of apparent control weaknesses with operating personnel to verify facts and to obtain explanations of the reasons for control weaknesses noted. Recommend the means of obtaining, analyzing and evaluating data as a basis for an informed, objective statement on the adequacy and effectiveness of the systems of control, and efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed. Prepare audit field memorandums for observations made during the audit. Prepare acceptable working papers which record and summarize data on the assigned audit segment. Assist in the preparation of draft audit report. Follow-up on the implementation of the audit recommendations given to auditee. Maintain effective working relationships with operating management. Other functions are assigned by the audit management.
