Technical Training Instructor assist Flight Check Training Department with Type Training Delivery through our USA based Line Maintenance Stations.

Flying duties with the aircraft to destinations where there is no technical coverage, charter flights, charter cargo flights, AOG, supporting Etihad Manned Stations technical operations. Carrying out the scheduled line maintenance checks in addition to troubleshoot and repair the flight's defects at the next station.

Chicago Station Set Up (Stores, Offices, Documents, Approvals, Audits,...etc)Station Engineer Activities such as but not limited to store keeping, AOG recovery in North America Destinations like New York, Washington, Chicago, and Toronto. Maintaining the aircraft documents in accordance with regulations, Handling third party airlines at Chicago Station, trouble shooting incoming defects and performing the scheduled planned maintenance tasks on aircraft.

Supervise the work at the line maintenance, acting Deputy and Shift Manager, Distribute the work load on engineers and technicians, T/S incoming defects, carrying out scheduled maintenance and work orders, and approved GCAA Technical Assessor on A320/A330/A340. Also member of the Safety Team at Etihad Technical Line Maintenance and the winner of the Safety Slogan competition.

Carrying out line maintenance outstation activities such as but not limited to Stores Control, Trouble shooting aircraft incoming defects, performing the scheduled maintenance for the station visit, attending Quality Assurance Audits, and archiving the flights documents in accordance with Civil Aviation requirements.
