Protection Team Leader
As the Protection Team Leader for DRC in Anbar, Iraq, I oversee a team of three General Protection Officers and four Protection Assistants, ensuring the effective implementation of high-quality protection activities in line with international standards and DRC guidelines.I supervise and support the team through regular meetings, guidance, and performance reviews, fostering a professional and accountable working environment.
