With a university degree in Private Law with honors and a current pursuit of a Master's in Business Law, I'm focusing my thesis on "Group of Companies in International Private Relations." Achieving the fourth position nationally in the Bar Exam was a proud moment. I'm passionate about Corporate Law, ADR, and Technology Law. I'm also an active member of young ADR communities, including Young ICCA, Young ITA, and Young OGEL-TDM. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French.I've gained invaluable experience through law firm internships, where I engaged in contract drafting, corporate-related aspects, and client negotiations. Beyond my legal experiences, I've actively volunteered in various clubs and civil society associations. My technical skills encompass legal writing, cross-cultural competence, financial acumen, corporate governance, legal research, and contract review and analysis. I also excel in soft skills such as client advocacy, public speaking, leadership, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical thinking.My career goals are clear and unwavering. I aspire to become a proficient Corporate Lawyer, delivering high-quality legal counsel to corporations. Simultaneously, I aim to excel as an ADR practitioner, helping parties find efficient and effective solutions to legal disputes.
