As a Product Owner / Product Manager at Iconosquare, I am in charge of defining and monitoring the new features of our SaaS product, which allows marketing professionals to effectively manage their presence on social networks. My main missions are:* Write functional documents and specifications on Jira for developers, taking into account the needs of users and technical constraints.* Manage the product innovation and development process, from prioritizing features to final delivery, using Jira Product Discovery and Figma as collaboration tools.* Coordinate projects with different stakeholders (developers, designers, QA, marketing, support), by organizing regular meetings, documenting progress and issues encountered, and performing functional tests and post-mortems.* Be the dedicated manager for Android and iOS mobile applications, ensuring the follow-up of new features, user feedback and project management.* Know the customer need in depth, by conducting customer interviews, user tests, surveys, etc. Analyze product usage data via Pendo Insights & Guidance, and set up and track on the platform.* Do a competitive and technological watch on social networks and their features, by building complete annual benchmarks on spreadsheets and Notion.* Collect and moderate customer and internal feedback via Pendo Feedback and Jira Product Discovery, in order to identify product improvement opportunities. I work in full remote work, with an on-site presence once a month.
