- assist customers with the check-in process adhering to Canada visa and air transport regulations for domestic, transborder, and international destinations - work as a team to ensure flights leave on scheduled times while upholding security standards such as identity checks- accommodate customers who require special assistance with utmost care to ensure a smooth process throughout their flight journey- uphold Air Canada company and customer service standards at all customer touchpoints

- Facilitating the flow of up to 120 guests at maximum capacity in and out of the restaurant- Ensuring that customers’ needs are met in a timely manner to maintain positive experiences- Training new employees and overseeing their work performance- Tracking inventory on beverages and other supplies and ordering more on a weekly basis- Supervising a team of up to 12 staff per shift and finding new ways to work more efficiently as a team
