The Road Safety Initiative. RSI is a focused team under PSSG saddled with the responsibility of modernizing key business processes.The development of the integrated eTicketing solution was a huge success and served as the basis for the development of other modernization programs. This solution spans multiple external partner systems with the eTicketing Hub being the core and central. The eTicketing Hub was built using an agile approach, based on micro-service architecture, and is hosted on the BC Gov OpenShift platform. The solution supports the RSI vision by modernizing the issuance, dispute, and payment processes associated with traffic violation Tickets, VT. It replaced the error-prone manual paper-based processes with timely and more accurate electronic processes.

Successfully managed VSAT networks across 3 continents and peak terminal base of 2,000; proved instrumental in company becoming market leader.
