With clients in over 50 countries, I was responsible for gathering business requirements through consultations, and implementing Ungerboeck’s fully integrated Event and Venue Management solution across Australia and Asia Pacific.

As the Support / Infrastructure Manager for Livestock Exchange I was responsible for ensuring that our customers are adequately supported in the use of the businesses’ software and hardware solutions.Leading a team of support officers who act as the main interface between the business and its customers it is my primary focus to ensure that the support and quality of software products delivered to our customers are of an acceptable standard.This role required me to work under pressure with limited supervision from senior management while leading and proving technical and software support to 96% of saleyard’s across Australia, over 350 Agent branches, 2 of Australia’s largest pastoral companies and a number of key international customers in North America and Russia.

Livestock Exchange is an innovative company that delivers livestock solutions to all segments of the red meat value chain, including traceability, animal performance and sales transactions. Livestock Exchange currently has operations in Australia, Canada and the US and are targeting the sale of new and existing products to other global markets.My primary responsibility was to provide 1st and 2nd level support to our clients. I acted as the primary interface between the business and its customers and as such has a high level of interaction between Management, Development and the Operational team. I was also responsible for maintaining and supporting the following softwares: -stockIT™ -LivestockAgent™ -LESaleyardPlus™ -ClearIT™ -ScanIT™

I was responsible for:- Reviewing system and applications logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.- Performing regular security procedures to identify any possible intrusions.- Active Directory: creating and managing existing user accounts.- Investigating and troubleshooting hardware and software failures. - Repairing and recovering from hardware and software failures.- Conducting regular system updates.
