My interest lies in the molecular basis of infectious disease, the underlying interactions between cells and pathogen and how this knowledge can be harnessed to develop effective vaccine and cure to combat diseases. Current projects at the Bacteriophage Medical Research Center, Catholic University of America involves the development of vaccine against two common viral pathogens namely Influenza and Dengue virus using T4 Bacteriophage nanoparticle as a platform.
