Current1)Identify and resolve issues related to network connectivity, performance, and security. This involves analyzing network logs, monitoring tools, and user reports to diagnose and address problems. Use network monitoring tools to track the performance and health of the network. Analyze data to proactively identify potential issues and optimize network performance (Proficient used these tools for troubleshooting; PRTG, Radwin manager, Aleppo platform, winbox(Mikrotik), 2)Provide technical support to end-users, either internal employees or external clients, to help them resolve network-related issues. This may involve phone support, email communication, or remote assistance.3)Work closely with other IT teams, such as system administrators, RF, and Professional service engineers to ensure seamless integration of network services with other IT systems.4) Play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of an organization's computer networks, ensuring that users can access the resources they need without interruption.
