Ayobayo Babade is a Lawyer, Real Estate Broker, Youth Leader, Dispute Resolution Professional & Social Entrepreneur. He is passionate about Youth inclusion in governance (in both public & private sectors) and has advocated for same in various fora.He is an Alumnus of the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, Nigeria where he obtained his LL.B and LL.M degrees as well as the National Open University of Nigeria where he obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Peace Studies & Conflict Resolution. The Nesburg School of Business & Management is also his alma mata where he completed the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management Course.He believes that, meaningful youth empowerment, through Real Estate and Agriculture, can financially reposition African youths and take the continent out of impoverishment. He often says that, "Agriculture and Real Estate, if well harnessed, can solve the problems of poverty and unemployment in Nigeria and Africa".He is the Coordinator of the Transfurd AgroBusines School - the educational arm of Transfurd (International) Limited whose CEO was one of the Forbes Africa 30 under 30 CEOs for 2019. He is also a Partner at a second-generation-led Real Estate Firm, Tope Babade & Co (Real Estate Consultants).He has been instrumental to the restructuring of various Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and making them global brands. In recognition of this, in June 2019, he was conferred a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria - one of the youngest ever to be so awarded.From May to Oct 2020, he was a member of the African Youth Front on Coronavirus (AYFC) led by the first African Union Youth Envoy, Amb. Aya Chebbi, which by its establishment, made the African Union the first intergovernmental organization to create a high level policy and advocay framework for young people to co-lead Africa’s response to the coronavirus pandemic.He is the Public Relations Officer of the Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (A.E.A.N, Lagos State Chapter) established under the auspices of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV). He was the Assistant Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (Lagos Branch) Inhouse & Government Counsel Forum Council from August 2021 to July 2023. His greatest desire, is to see a Nigeria, where every Nigerian, irrespective of financial status, has a decent roof over their head.
