Ayodamola Bewaji Oyewole is a finance and human resource leader with over 20 years of experience in diverse sectors, such as aviation, consulting, and international development. She holds an MSc in Business with Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, and a BSc in Accounting from Ogun State University.She is currently the Head of Finance and HR at AP3 Advisory, a leading provider of technical assistance and advisory services for infrastructure and economic development projects in Nigeria and beyond. She oversees the financial management, human resource management, and administration of AP3 and its projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, accounting standards, and best practices. She also manages talent acquisition, talent management, benefit and reward management, and employee engagement, leveraging her skills in employee benefits and manufacturing process improvement. She is passionate about organizational development and human capital management, and aims to create a positive and productive work environment for her team and clients.
