I have over a decade experience of successfully managing various projects addressing marginalisation and inequalities within underserved communities.I have both third sector and public sector organisation experience. Within the third sector, I have initiated and successfully managed winter night shelter project for the homeless by forming collaboration with well-known funders in the UK, local authority, hospitals, local businesses, local media, community groups & charities. Furthermore, food poverty projects, mentorship program for young people from ethnic minority communities are other projects I have co-produced with notable partners while ensuring the views of service-users shape the provision of the projects.I am currently providing strategic management for a county-wide ethic minority forum where wider determinants, well-being & welfare issues are being discussed and addressed with local and national public service providers.Through community engagements for local authorities, I have managed several complex consultations to identify health inequalities within marginalied and underserved communities. Outcomes of such consultations formed my report & recommendations for sustainable interventions to senior County Council and ICS leaders. Feedback also go back to communities involved in my consultation through simple lay summary report void of professional jargon and complicated expressions.In addition to my Masters degree in Youth & Community Leadership, I have academic qualifications in Human Resource Management, Project management, Charity Management.I place a lot of values and respect on diversity and I am ensitive to people's uniqueness.
