• I see to the effective discharge of daily activities of the truck drivers assigned to me.• I stand as a liaison between the drivers and management.• Ensure that the trucks are readily available to load company consignments and deliver same to the designated customers and or company depots.• I coordinate the repairs and services of all trucks assigned to me.• I analyse daily status reports on each of the trucks.• I ensure discipline and strict adherence to company rules by the truck drivers.• In the case of accident to any of the trucks under my care, I am personally charged to go to the location of the accident, speak with the Law Enforcement, meet with the affected family (ies) to collect their damage claims and also monitor such claims to see that the company attends to it on time.

• I am charged with the responsibility of providing customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.• I avail customers with sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and also respond to all inquiries accordingly. • I strive to always improve customers’ banking experience with the bank by ensuring that the customers are attended to promptly and all their challenges are resolved without delay.• I ensure that all the bank’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly complied with by customers and i in the process of discharging my duties.• I provide information to customers on their account status and account balances.• Suggest effective ways through which the bank can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction
