I am an experienced finance professional with a demonstrated history of working in the Energy, higher education and not-for-profit sectors. I am a self-motivated and progress-driven person with a long-standing record of excellence, innovation, and willingness to learn. I am open-minded and focused on new developments in my field, leveraging technological advancement to give better value. I enjoy brainstorming and collaborative work to achieve a common goal.I am very passionate about solving issues related to Human Capital development in Africa, and in the past 5 years, I have been actively engaged in the development sectors. Apart from obtaining Leadership and Management of Not-for-profit training from Lagos Business School, I currently volunteer in an organization focused on improving financial literacy and entrepreneurship, taking advantage of technological trends to improve the skill level of young people in my immediate community. As a member of the management team, my responsibilities include planning and organizing, I create content and design training curricula tailored to fit our unique beneficiaries. I also lead a team of financial literacy tutors.I have extensive experience as an account and finance consultant working with indigenous development organizations to improve their finance by setting up financial structures to mitigate risk, setting up internal control systems, and also integrating technology into their financial processes in order to meet international donors’ standards.
