- I used logistics data to create an annual product dispatch dashboard that is easy to navigate and visualizes the top customers and products for each quarter and month - by applying the Pareto (80/20) principle, it turned out that the top 20% of customers accounted for about 80% of product dispatch for any given period.-I also created an annual production dashboard to help colleagues and management better understand and improve the quality of production operations by providing analytics on product characteristics, progress on production over time, and performance in different product segments.I used Excel Tables, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts and Slicers to store, retrieve, analyze and visualize the data.- Worked closely with the Quality Head, Quality Assurance Inspectors and the Logistics department to create MIS reports that provide information about the company's daily operations to upper level management for progress tracking and sound decision making.

Functional areas include scrap processing, steel melting and refining, continuous casting, rolling mill, plant maintenance, safety and quality assurance.

Participation in the operation of process and service units within the prescribed limits to achieve production targets for quantity and quality, safely and efficiently.Daily routine and non-routine operations for assigned areas and implementation of HSE considerations.Preparation of equipment for maintenance in accordance with appropriate procedure.Response to plant process changes and upsets to ensure loss of production is kept at minimum.Participation in process and service unit’s startups and shutdowns without affecting the units that were to remain online.Constant evaluation of plant operating conditions so that abnormalities are promptly reported and resolved.
