• Responsible for daily monitoring of 20+ oil wells with over 8k+ bopd production to identify sub-optimal performing wells and proffer remedial solutions.• Developed well/reservoir surveillance plan in conjunction with other disciplines, to obtain key surveillance metrics and associated data for incorporation into OML-55 Asset surveillance plan.• Led the identification, maturation, and preparation of well intervention proposals for Short Term Oil Generating (STOG) activities in Robertkiri field. This activity resulted to 1.5kbopd post execution.• Provided first level support for Idama and Jokka Integrated Field Development Plan with detailed well functional specifications, sand production management, operating envelop specifications, artificial lift requirement, etc.• Supported the Robertkiri Field water injectivity study to achieve long term injection of 30,000 bwpd for pressure maintenance and regulatory compliance. • Coordinated the Robertkiri field gas lift and facility debottlenecking study that identified potential gain of ca. 2.2kbopd via gas lift activities upon execution.• Assisted section head in the preparation of annual work programme and budget, in line with the JV Joint Operating Agreement (JOA).• Engaged JV Partner/External Stakeholders for quarterly budget/performance review.
