• Partnering with management staff including the HR Director, to establish and roll-out people-related strategies.• Providing detailed reports to senior management teams.• Administration of employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, newstarter packs or formal notices of termination when necessary.• Creating visa validity trackers for expatriates for all clients and proactively escalatingrenewal processes when needed.• Providing Country briefing or Look and See services for clients.• Managing talent pools and succession plans to ensure the company can operate in thefuture.• Ensuring strict adherence to Labour laws as applied to recruitment, renumerations andcompensation.• Update and evaluate metrics to access performance and implement enhancements.

• Filing of Expatriates Quota monthly returns and TWP quarterly returns as and when due.• Regularization and renewal of Expatriates Resident’s permit at the NigeriaImmigration Service both in Abuja and Lagos. E.g. Temporary Work Permit(TWP), Visa on Arrival(VOA) and Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Allien Scheme(CERPAC).• Providing clients with relevant and timely updates on immigration policies and procedures.• Proactively tracking and monitoring of expatriate visas, implementation and validity periods.• Effective tracking of clients’ Expatriate Quota validity and proactively notifying my linemanager for EQ renewals when necessary.• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs.• Manage employee database and produce Human resource statistical reports such as;Absenteeism, Employee turnover and headcounts.• Proper documentation of Expatriates records and ensuring safe delivery of expatriates’documents to our respective clients.
