• Design and implement an annual sales program with a marketing plan ensuring its fit with overall group marketing plan.• Develop a 12-month sales calendar to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.• Conduct market research as required to understand the behaviours and motivations of customers in relation to the sales and marketing programme campaigns. Incorporate any insights into future strategic planning for the sales enhancement• Provide in-depth and regular analysis of the sales programme to management and utilise such analysis to identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the programme.• Monitor and assess campaign effectiveness and identify ways to improve activities.• Gather and analyse all customer data

• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, planning and preparing presentations, communicating new product developments to prospective clients and also pitching goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

• Responsible for over 60 properties of Residential and Commercial type spread over Lagos. Maintaining regular inter phase with landlords/ tenants concerning management, maintenance/renovation, property investment & advisory, also property sales and lease.• Coordinating a 12-man team towards ensuring maintenance response to conclusion timeframe, achieving set targets in the sales and lease drive for various property requests whilst ensuring continues acquisition of direct property management briefs. • Working knowledge of construction cycle from initiation to handover courtesy our sister company TheRock Construct Ltd.
