I am a Statistician and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist with ten years cognate experience. I have a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Demography & Social Statistics. I have also completed courses on M&E. In addition, I am a member of the International Association of Survey Statistician. I have worked with market research firms where I coordinated various qualitative and quantitative research projects from initial planning, development of methodology and research instruments, fieldwork management, data collection, data processing, report writing and dissemination of findings. As a Survey Statistician, I pioneered the sampling unit of one of the largest research firms in Nigeria, Kantar TNS, where I created sampling frames for the Project Management Office. Also, I have worked with a Bill & Melinda Gates and DFID-funded financial sector development organization, EFInA, where I provided research and M&E support, and explored survey datasets and deduced valuable insights which many FMCG, academic and financial institutions have used for decision making. Recently, I worked with Black Swan Tech Ltd on a USAID-funded Maternal and Child Survival Program (MCSP), where I provided M&E support on the deployment of a community-based mHealth solution to increase routine immunization coverage in Sokoto State (WeMUNIZE Project). WeMUNIZE Project received the 2018 USAID Digital Development Award, https://www.usaid.gov/digital-development/digis/2018. As an M&E Consultant with the Basic Health Provision Fund (BHCPF) Secretariat, I am coordinating with the Ministerial Oversight Committee (MOC) Secretariat in line with existing government monitoring and related evaluation policies, guidance, and tools to ensure that the progress and results of the program are monitored, communicated, evaluated, and acted upon in a timely, efficient, and results-oriented manner.I have been keenly involved in the management of various program M&E and other research surveys on humanitarian, sexual and gender-based violence, aging population, reproductive health, and Basic Digital Literacy for Rural Clusters in Nigeria.
