• Increased the organizations turnover by 64% (from N78M to N128M) per annum by developing new project portfolio in medical equipment sales and distribution.• Spearheaded equipment sales portfolio for various channel partners in Nigeria including Alifax, Beckman Coulter, Thermofisher Scientific, and IVFtech.• Supervised equipment supply, prepared customer site for installation, and ensured clearing of equipment for clients.• Designed and implemented office policies, mediated between the management and employee pressure group, and spearheaded result oriented credit control strategy implementation.

• Reduce substance intake and abuse among secondary school students in Osun State and Ogun State (Nigeria) through the organization of a youth leadership training program.• Scaled up leadership program in collaboration with NAFDAC, NDLEA, and Federal Ministry of Health; leading to the formation of Drug-Free Clubs in secondary schools and several student-led community drug enlightenment projects.• Collaborated with Bwari Area Council, Federal Ministry of Youths Development, NAFDAC, and Road Safety Corps to orchestrate a substance abuse prevention campaign for Artisans and Okada Riders in Bwari Area Council.• Improved business compliance of the NGO with government regulations in Nigeria.• Developed proposal for the establishment of environmental action clubs in Ogun State which was adopted by The State Environmental Protection Agency. • Researched on Jatropha-based transformer oil – an environmentally friendly and cheaper local replacement for imported transformer oil. The project was sponsored by the Raw Materials Research and Development Council.• Trained new staff on Business Proposal Writing and Business Presentation Skills.• Developed partnership proposals for 2 High Voltage Research and Training projects; one was with Unilag High Voltage Training Center and the other with National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN).• Spearheaded nuclear radiation protection materials research and development.• Coordinated the training and staff orientation program for newly employed staff of the agency.• Participated in the organization of scientific workshops for material researchers in Nigeria.• Supervised the connection of the headquarters to other remote offices and locations across Nigeria and performed remote connectivity testing.• Participated in the scientific studies of Barytes particle addition to Aluminum 6063 to test the effect of the particle variation on the electrical, optical and mechanical properties of the Matrix.• Coordinated schedules with assigned Account Managers, Data Services, and the Technical team.

• Taught Physics and Electronics courses to ND students, supervised OND student projects and contributed to the review and development of new curricula in the Department of Physical Sciences.• Managed OND student’s laboratory classes and oversaw cleaning of tools as well as maintenance and repair of computer systems and other equipment at the departmental laboratory.• Served as departmental secretary from 2002 to 2004 as well as college (School of Science) secretary in 2003. Performed duties including taking of departmental meeting minutes and circulating to all staff for proper follow up on necessary actions decided at the meetings. • Submitted proposal to the department for the introduction of a new course in 2004. Program mounting was delayed due to funding. However, the new course was introduced in the 2017/2018 academic session due to incessant follow-up.
