Inventory Management and Customer Order Processing.Assist in the shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods. Conduct regular inspection of incoming shipments to ensure completeness and detect damages. Collaborate with other departments to investigate discrepancies observed during receiving and reconcile variances.Prepare claim requests for damaged items or returns to the OEMs.Perform periodic physical inventory cycle count exercises and maintain inventory report of goods stored in the warehouse. Schedule prompt delivery of special customer orders.Expedite orders from OEMs and the Distribution Center to ensure availability to customers. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by excluding damaged or returned stock from on hand inventory. Review shipping documents such as bill of lading (BOL) and parking list on arrival of shipments from the distribution center. Monitor stock levels and open purchase orders to ensure continuity of supply and avoid stock out situation. Assist with various inventory/shipments reporting as required from time to time.
