Due to exponential growth the company has experienced in the last few years, my role was to support the governance and delivery of several portfolio reporting activities and processes across the business.

Brought in to establish a new role within the portfolio & strategic finance team, providing financial guidance and advice regarding all financial matters. With several initiatives running simultaneously, the role was critical to ensuring financial processes and reporting enabled effective support to organisational decision making.

Brought in to establish and develop a new role focusing primarily on financial planning and reporting but also to support several initiatives including the development of the UKRI financial model, annual spending review process and change project.

My role within the finance team was primarily for personnel cover and to provide alternative reporting procedures and processes.

Part of newly created Commercial Strategy team operating across UK&I and EMEA, reporting directly to the Managing Director and providing key financial reports and analysis whilst establishing new processes and governance.

Brought on board as part of the finance restructuring project, reporting to the Director of FP&A

Reporting directly to the COO of the IT function, I was brought in to provide finance support as part of the transformation project initiated following Societe Generales acquisition of Newedge in 2014.
