CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide strategic direction to the management of the school to achieve set goals.Provide an enabling environment to motivate the entire work force towards peak performance.Create an oasis of discipline, integrity and respect as core values of the school to build a reputable image and in pursuit of excellence.Provide the required interface for the school with the immediate community and social systems around.Provide credible leadership to the management team and the work force in general.Coordinate the school's curriculum and staff welfare.Careful management of the school's resources (- human, Financial and physical assets) to achieve the schools' goals and objectives.Supervise and coordinate the contraction and movement of the school to her permanent site in September 2005.Report the activities, progress and possible constrains of the school to the Board of Governors.
