Heading the eCommerce and Digital functions of the organization.Responsible for the entire digital strategy of the organization along with the execution of all eCommerce functions.Roles & Responsibilities•Strategizing and planning the entire digital sector of the organization, including budget plans, revenue streams and the digital sales strategies.•Identifying emerging and current trends related to the business, market gaps, recognizing potential opportunities, and new solutions by means of trend and data analytics, competitor analysis, continuous research, and collaboration with enterprise partners.•Development of digital solutions, digital marketing concepts and creative direction.•Optimization and yield-management of the revenue through digital sales channels by means of pricing strategies, offer/promotional strategies and revenue management principles.•Online distribution and channel management - Developing online sales of all the group properties by implementing a comprehensive distribution and channel strategy in order to improve distribution and optimize revenue generation using a data-driven approach.Working with many international and regional OTAs, bed banks, online travel portals, metasearch platforms, channel managers, revenue management systems, and property management systems.•Technical planning, implementation, configuration, and management of systems by collaborating with system vendors, developers and middleware providers.•Leading the in-house teams, Managing third-party vendors, Collaboration across different internal departments and internal/external cross-functional teams.•Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – managing of SEO and Paid Media activities for all Citrus hotels and restaurants.
