Spearheaded the establishment of Prosal's inaugural engineering team, recruiting and onboarding 4 engineers and 1 project manager, which increased team capacity by 100% and improved project completion rates by 50%.2. Pioneered a novel sprint cycle methodology and refined software development processes, resulting in a remarkable efficiency surge of over 50%.3. During my time at Prosal, I guided the product team in developing and successfully launching Prosal 2.0, with new features and functionalities. This update is projected to increase the company's revenue by 60% within the first year of its release.4. Buycoins Pro is a USDT Orderbook for advanced traders. I drove all the growth efforts for the app.I monitored key product metrics, including revenue, usage, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for product improvements and drive continuous iteration and innovation. By the month I left the role, the volume traded had a 4447.6% increase from the month I started.

I managed the sprint cycles for Helicarrier's suite of products — Buycoins, Buycoins Pro, Ramp (now defunct), Sendcash and Sendcash Pay (now defunct). These are products with more than 170,000 users and over $2.5m in ARR.I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and finance, to define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation.I utilised Agile methodologies to manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining a flexible and adaptive approach to changing requirements.

I was the first QA tester at Helicarrier, and my job was to ensure that every tiny feature or improvement went through rigorous tests before it got released to users.

As a part of the Customer Sucess team at Helicarrier, I was responsible for resolving customer issues as soon as they reached out and ensuring that they never reached out again for the same issue. To excel in the role, I had to be the source of truth for all of our products at the time - Buycoins, Buycoins Pro, Getcards and Sendcash. Coupled with empathy, I had to pick up SQL to make accurate sense of data.

I managed charge-back claims on behalf of merchants and acquirers across the continent.I provided email support to acquirers and merchants for any charge-back related issue.
