Job Responsibilities:•Preventive and corrective maintenance of Caterpiller 3516B, Onsite Energy (MTU 16V4000G63) and SDMO Diesel Power Module such as: Top end overhauling, Baking and varnishing of alternator windings, IR test, Sensor Calibration, Battery testing etc.•Inspection and Operation of power modules•Substation & Transformers (90 MVA JSHP, 8MVA ABB & JSHP ) monitoring, operation and maintenance•Monitoring through SCADA (Vista) and AGC (DEIF) •Work orders' data entry in capital asset management of Oracle's J.D. Edwards software •Basic troubleshooting •Fuel System monitoring, operation and maintenance •Fuel, Lubrication Oil and Coolant analysis inside on-site analyser
