Ayodeji is a trained Property Investment Analyst, Estate Surveyor and Valuator. A passionate community organiser with a focus on solving the hydra-headed housing problem in Africa and youth empowerment.He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, Daystar Leadership Academy and the University College London (UCL). He is a Registered Estate Surveyor with the Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria. He is an Associate Member of NIESV, ACGPN, NIM, CIAN, FIABCI.He is the pioneer Chairman of the NIESV Young Estate Surveyors and Valuers' (YESV) Forum. He currently serves as the Secretary-General in the Board of the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI-Nigeria Chapter. He was the Assistant Team Lead, LACE Empowerment Foundation, a Lighthouse NGR initiative that prepares young African graduates for the corporate and business world across the globe.He has served as FIABCI Young Members Committee, World Vice President in 2018/2020. Ayodeji was appointed as the Coordinator of the NIESV Lagos Branch Young and Passionate Estate Surveyors and Valuers (YPESV) Mentoring Initiative in 2020. Ayodeji won the 2018 Young Managers Competition organised by the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).Ayodeji is a member of Rotary International Club - Rotary Club of Ikeja GRA where he has volunteered his expertise for the cause of humanity. He was appointed as the President-Elect of the club for the Rotary year 2022/2023.Ayodeji is the Managing Partner of Biodun Odeleye & Co. a second-generation real estate family business. As the Head of Practice of the 35-year-old organisation, he supervises the operations of all its branches locally and internationally.He is happily married and the union is blessed with children.
