• Monthly accurate financial reports including schedules for all businesses.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements preparation in accordance with relevant accounting standards and regulations for all the entities in the group.
• Provide management with insights into financial performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring proper elimination and consolidation of financial data for group reporting.Financial Control & Risk Management
• Financial planning and analysis function, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for multiple entities.

• Overseeing and managing all the Accounting & Taxation activities of the business operations.
• Ensure monthly financial reports are prepared for the management.
• Monitors bank transactions and review monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Review and approve receivable and payable reconciliations with customers and Suppliers.
• Liaise with the stakeholders/Financiers, bankers, and investors.
• Ensures adherence to internal controls, processes, and procedures.

• Generate profitability report to management on all projects and contracts both periodically and as at when required.
• Collation and checking of monthly schedules.
• Preparation of monthly management Account.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual Budget for the company.
• Assist with the audit preparation work to allow for timely completion of the annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Collation of the account payable and receivable daily reports to form a cash flow projection.
