This involves a comprehensive review of CCTV inspections, reports, as-builts, and work order histories.Compose and refine work scopes for sewer collection system. Contributes to the CIP budget design and rehabilitation projects.Maintains project documentation, i.e. change orders, amendments, RFIs, design submittals, and consultant monthly progress reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the project life cycle.Manages schedules and baseline variances for sewer rehabilitation projects, ensuring timely completion of sewer design projects.Conducts thorough analysis of historical and current costs for sewer collection system replacement and rehabilitation projects to validate the accuracy of engineers' estimates.Offers design support during construction to facilitate the prompt review and approval of requests for information (RFIs), submittals, claims, and change orders.Collaborates seamlessly with team members across internal departments to oversee consultant, architect/engineer (A/E), and construction contracts.Reviews and approves invoices, cost estimates, proposals, permit applications, final payments, and design discrepancy reports. Prepares time-sensitive status reports for contractors and vendors.Supervises the preparation of bid-ready specifications for purchasing, engineering, and construction. Attends final inspections and provides recommendations for the acceptance or rejection of completed work.Collaborates with senior project managers to ensure compliance with the Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) Consent Decree requirements and meets reporting obligations.
