• Reviewed, tracked, cleaned, validated existing transport route network data; and collected new datasets via multiple channels where there were gaps• Worked to analyse the available data that are crucial to user experience. This included an assessment of the types, quality, availability, and any other specific considerations relating to gathering new datasets• Worked with the Company’s technical team to improve data gathering • Assessed other sources of data, to validate existing location data • Continuous feedback by user testing of the company’s product for performance and user experience

• Entry of new & daily update of existing patients' information, including but not limited to enrolment, ART Initiation dates, clinic visit/drug pick-up quantity and dates, next appointment dates (in line with ARV quantity dispensed) viral load results, onto the electronic medical records provided for use• Ensure all source documents (ART Registers, daily appointment registers, patient attendance logs) are properly updated• Generate automated weekly reports from the EMR database for clinical decision making• Ensure all patient-level information are discretely and securely away from authorized persons• Adhere to all confidentiality procedures with respect to clients physical/electronic medical records.• Work with CIHP State EMR program staff to generate xml reports weekly for submission to National Data Repository• Participate in site level data collation and validation exercises (as applicable)• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor including HOD records, facility management or CIHP Team
