Monitor and supervise the check-in and boarding activities within the airline’s standards. Responsible of flights preparation, along with the check-in and boarding activities and to ensure the required services are being delivered. Pass the information and give guidance to my colleagues based on my knowledge and expertise.• Leading of approximately thirty staff members on each shift to dealwith different and several airlines,• Plan and organize how to operate and handle the flights on the shift and distribute the staff and assign tasks for them also ensure that they do their tasks correctly and safely by monitoring their work, random checks during the day to see if the staff are adhering to our company policies,• delivering consistent briefing and debriefing on a weekly basis.• contact our clints (airlines representatives) to check if any special requests or updates they need on their flight.• face day-to-day operational challenges, responsible of flight closure and complete flight documentation post departure reports, follow up with the administration requirements and send shift report and fill incident report when occurs.• worked with Quality safety and security department for two years as Quality, safety and security officer serving the airlines above and below wings by ensuring all compliances and standards are being adhered to with zero tolerance by making inspections on different departments which helped me to better understand how below the wing operates more closely,• follow up with the staff for any updates on procedures, training and give them assistance and advice when needed.• Analyze the problem and give solution
