The saying goes, "fail to plan, plan to fail". Another favourite of mine is, "there are no insurmountable problems, only challenges for which we have yet to find the solution". Architecture is all about planning, and it's all about finding solutions to challenges. I thrive on both.The Food Service, Leisure, and Hospitality sectors have quite specific challenges. A poorly laid out kitchen leads to unhappy staff, constantly in each other's way, causing accidents and arguments, interfering with its primary objective: to serve customers and to turn a profit. Stadia and multipurpose venues have their own unique challenges: delivery of food and drink on a large scale within a short timeframe, with minimum waste, maximising the space available to cater for the maximum number of people. We take all this into account and have demonstrable success in implanting innovative features and designs, including our own fast-pour beer delivery system for stadia. We also have worked with a brewery to install a micro-brewery within a stadium complex. I love what I do. I am driven to succeed and I am driven to help you succeed.
