Ayşegül Dicle Aydın is one of the prominent figures in Leadership Consulting for the past 25 years, focusing on Executive Search, Assessment and Leadership, undertaking both international and local client work.Dicle Aydin has completed her masters in the US and returned to Turkey in 1989, to work initially for McCann Erickson, then Procter & Gamble (P&G), and later for British American Tobacco (BAT). She has primarily assumed roles in Sales & Marketing and has served in Turkey and as an expatriate abroad. Having put her mind in becoming an executive search consultant at an early age, she has established her Executive Search Practice in 1997, which has marked the beginning of her victorious Search and Leadership Consulting career.Since the beginning of 2000, Dicle Aydin has been a pioneer in high-level executive search, having been selected among the Top 200 Global Executive Search Consultants by Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) as early as 1998. She has been conducting projects in all core sectors, ranging from Banking, Telecom, IT, Industry, Manufacturing, Consumer, Retail and Life Sciences. Across these sectors, she has formulized numerous C-Suite Compositions for Foreign Direct Investments and International Private Equity Funds, placing Chief Executive Officers; Chairman, Board of Directors, CEOs and Functional Heads including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Government Affairs, Human Resources, and Agile. She has been an International Licensed Executive Leadership Assessor since 1997. Additionally, Dicle Aydin has been a productive Leadership Counselor, delivering projects on Succession Planning, CEO Mentoring, Organizational Structuring and Talent Management. She has been an explorer in terms of converting her client organizations towards Agile Structures and is currently working relentlessly on helping her Clients, Partner Organizations (such as NGOs and Academia) and the larger Ecosystem to acknowledge the METAVERSE reality. Dicle Aydin has been an effective opinion leader on topics of Corporate Governance, Women Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, and Entrepreneurship. She serves as a Board Member in American Chamber of Companies (AmCham) and serves as an Advisory Committee Member for Women in Technology (WTECH).
