- Checking the references that our customers request and finding out the equivalents with the product managers- Checking the current costs with the costing department and doing cost analysis considering the distributor and other customer prices- Preparing the price offers in ERP system and sharing them with the customers Discussing the conditions of the contracts with the customers- Following up the customers payment when the payment term is cash in advance Reporting the project details and submitting it to the Sales Project Manager - Following up the projects that have not been realized and negotiating with the customers

- Preparing the price offer according to the relevant costs and sharing it with the customer- Management and following up the orders, checking their compliance with the offers- To manage customers’ requests such as samples, stock status, lead times etc - Communicating with the related departments for production and shipment process - Supporting the accounting department by following up unpaid invoices- Preparing monthly and annually reports

- To carry out and follow processes related to all export operations of the company- Checking the packing lists and getting in contact with the related departments, customers, freightforwarders and customs broker for the shipments- Receiving tenders from logistic companies- To control the invoiced materials at the beginning of the following week- Checking the invoices that are issued by the freight forwarders and sharing them with the accounting department- Preparing weekly reports
