I worked as a Senior Software Development Specialist in the Commercial Applications unit at IAS an ERP software company with customers at home and abroad.During this process, I had the opportunity to develop many modules such as purchasing, sales, import, export, CRM, Message Management System, GDPR,KK, EDI, Invoice.I took part in developing new processes in relevant modules and eliminating deficiencies and errors in existing processes.I took part in projects that allowed me to see business processes in their entirety by taking on tasks in the analysis, development, testing and web service integration of newly designed processes.I developed the MMS – Message Management System module from scratch. Analysis of the requirements of this module, follow-up of legal processes, determination of the scope of the project,I took part in ensuring the implementation of software processes and transferring them to the end user with the necessary training.Within the scope of customs integration, I developed web service integration with the customs companies that customers work with and worked to ensure that the transactions needed in import/export transactions were carried out quickly and practically.I used the Java-based Troia and SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, XML, JSON, SoapUI tools developed by the company.I gave process training within the company and for customers regarding the modules I worked on.I had experience in monitoring the project processes of our teammates in the India office and assigning them when necessary.In addition to working in the development office at the headquarters, I provided consultancy support in urban and out-of-city customer offices when necessary and made special developments for customer needs.
