Responsibilities: • Lead full life-cycle recruitment for strategic, executive, and hard-to-fill positions including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation• Provide strategic guidance and advice to business leaders and other stakeholders on talent market and search strategies. • Develop unique and robust search strategies across a variety of functions and disciplines including research to identify specific target companies and talent based on needs.• Develop talent prospects into active candidates through effective candidate engagement and evaluation • Build out talent networks and leverage recognized industry sources to develop external talent pipelines. • Identify and build relationships with strategic talent in the industry. • Maintain and update Bechtel’s Applicant Tracking System, Success Factors, with timely and accurate candidate status information. • Maintain efficient and effective communication with candidates, business leaders, HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
