Major Responsibilities 1. Provide overall data compilation/analysis, presentation and reporting support to the provincial team.2. Directly interacts with the PC on guidelines and standards of data, reports and presentations. 3. Collect monitoring indicators’ data and compile provincial summaries.4. Edit data and reports submitted by the field monitors and compile indicator summaries and draft reports/presentation as per agreed schedule/format.5. Monitor and ensure that reporting timelines are maintained.6. Provide implementation support and overall data quality assurance to online web and SMS based systems of reporting and data collection.7. Prepare monthly field supervisory plans and conduct visits to spot-check performance and skills of monitoring staff. Provide on-the-site support and take corrective measures as and when required.8. Edit case studies/success stories submitted by FMs.9. Provide data and analysis sheets to PCs for the preparation of weekly/monthly narrative reports.

1. Prepare weekly/monthly field plans and share with PC.2. Visit each target UC/Area and collect data from field during field monitoring.3. Share data and reports with MnRO as per standard format and according to agreed timeline.4. Report critical issues from the field on daily basis as well as debrief the respective COMNet supervisor and other partners on these issues.5. Compile weekly/monthly narrative reports and send to MnRO according to agreed format and timeline.6. Attend monthly review meeting and present findings and answer questions.7. Write case studies / success stories (1 per month or as agreed with PC).8. Any other tasks assigned by PC or MnRO.

I worked as data analyst / Statistical analyst as freelancer since 2015. My freelance allows me to expend my horizons as an analyst because I was able to work with the data from many different fields such as economics, finance, health and medical sciences, psychology, bio-statistics, marketing and invoicing projects.As a Data Analyst, I have helped managed half a million observations from US census data.
