Developed and sharpened analytical skills through professional education and experience by being associated with a Big Four audit firm (ERNST & YOUNG) and one of the leader providers of Islamic products in the Kingdom of Bahrain (GBCORP). Moreover, developed key competencies in communication skills through effective both verbal and report writing.Joined the family business as the Head of Planning & Business Development in Ahmed Sharif Holding Group, and my main responsibilities included formulating and successfully implementing company policies, strategies and long-term plans for the group company. Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by the management and the entire group employees, by closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets. Currently, I am the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in Bahrain Airport Services (BAS), which is the only airport ground handling company and airlines catering provider in the Kingdom of Bahrain. My main responsibilities is to ensure that the payments are secured to our suppliers accurately and on timely basis, and providing the management with the highest level of reports related to the department monthly activities which helps them in taking the appropriate action and decisions for the coming period.The above challenges and responsibilities has developed my technical and managerial skills throughout the years, where I am able to handle the day to day operations and requirements of the Company, and also lead my team by example of how to fulfill their responsibilities effectively and efficiently in the best methods that meats the Company strategy and target’s.
