As the head of the Human Resources department, i was mainly concerned with internal matters and the recruitment of association members.The motivation and well-being of each member was the main focus. Starting with problems between the members up to the rich catering on the events, those areas of responsibility were manifold. Especially for the aspirants one is a strong support, which concerns the training of the first association semester. Furthermore one works side by side with the 2nd executive committee, which is responsible likewise for the members of the association.

We are LikeYaa, a young team of digital experts who want to turn the world of influencer marketing upside down. From our office in Dortmund, we support a wide range of exciting brands in the field of influencer marketing and recruiting, from international beauty companies to food start-ups from next door.-At Likeyaa, everything revolved around the topic of influencer marketing. I was allowed to support influencer campaigns and also helped with monitoring and controlling. My main activities were to look for suitable influencers and to do the acquisition, as well as the communication with the influencers. Furthermore, I was part of the development, support and expansion of new strategies for the company's own social media channels. I also worked out campaigns for potential customers, which were then proposed.
