- Forecast and prepare procurement plan for raw materials to be used for aftersales operation.- Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets.- Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by global management.- Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.- Keep up market trend and sales projection to ensure efficient supply, - Monitor performance of suppliers in order to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to customers.- Follow up technical reports for quality issues with T/S dept and vendors, in order to restore stock.- Track all inbound operations till arriving to W/H.- Master data maintenance in SAP (MM,SD,LE Modules).- Analyze and define raw materials sales price, considering purchasing price, landed cost, company strategy and marketing survey.- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports for local and global management.
