In my current role as a Behavioral Technician at Life We Deserve, I work closely with children on the autism spectrum, positive reinforcement techniques to help them progress toward their behavioral goals. This experience has not only deepened my understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), but it has also reinforced my commitment to creating inclusive environments where all children can thrive.
